Baked Snapper

Baked Snapper is a Moroccan food recipe rubbed with a lemon, spice and cilantro paste.
Ingredients
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ kg red snapper fillets
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175C .
  2. Mix garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper flakes, cilantro, and lemon juice.
  3. Put the fillets in a shallow baking dish and spread the paste over them.
  4. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
