Baked Snapper

Baked Snapper is a Moroccan food recipe rubbed with a lemon, spice and cilantro paste.
Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- juice of ½ lemon
- ½ kg red snapper fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C .
- Mix garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper flakes, cilantro, and lemon juice.
- Put the fillets in a shallow baking dish and spread the paste over them.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
