Thé à la Menthe is a Moroccan food recipe for mint and green tea.
Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp green tea
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 12 to 15 sugar cubes
- 3 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Rinse a small teapot with hot or boiling water and pour water out. Place tea, mint, and sugar in teapot and refill with 3 cups of boiling water.
- Let tea steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour through a strainer into small heat-resistant glasses and serve hot.
