Lahlib Bi-Looz is a Moroccan food recipe for an almond shake with ice cream.
- ½ cup slivered almonds, blanched
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2½ cup milk
- ½ tsp orange blossom water, optional
- 1 drop almond extract, optional
- ⅔ cup vanilla ice cream
- Blend almonds, sugar, and water until smooth.
- Add other ingredients and blend until slightly thickened.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
