Lamb Sausage

This Lamb Sausage is a Moroccan food recipe with a tough of sweet.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs lamb, ground
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ tsp curry
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp currants
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- sausage casings
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings and twist into 5 inch lengths.
- Grill or fry in a pan.
